Trip Slip required for all off site events
Prior to any trips you wish to attend, you need to fill out a permission slip for that specific trip. You can pick one up at the church, or
download the generic Trip Slip here and fill in the blanks. Make sure all slips and money are turned in by the registration deadline for that event.
